Welcome to Clubzio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clubzio platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Clubzio ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Denmark. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you are using the Service on behalf of a sports club or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

User Accounts
Account Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on Clubzio.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Club Administrators
Club administrators are responsible for managing their club's account, including adding and removing members, assigning roles, and ensuring all club members comply with these Terms. You may not create an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone else without their permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
The Service allows you to post, upload, and share content including text, photos, videos, messages, match data, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and all other content ("Clubzio Content"), is owned by or licensed to Clubzio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Clubzio Content without our prior written consent.
Your License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. The Clubzio name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property. You may not use them without written consent, except as reasonably necessary to identify the Service in connection with your legitimate use.
Subscriptions & Payments
Club Plans
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Club plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Fan Subscriptions & Payments
Fans may subscribe to clubs, make donations, or make other purchases through the Service. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for certain paid plans. Trial terms will be presented at the time of signup. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Pricing Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new pricing takes effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MATCH DATA, STATISTICS, OR USER-GENERATED CONTENT.
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clubzio and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- 1 Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- 2 Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- 3 Any content obtained from the Service
- 4 Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Liability cap: Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or one hundred euros (EUR 100), whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clubzio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Termination
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
By You
You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion feature in the Service or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal data is deleted or anonymized immediately in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except for data we are legally required to retain.
Club administrators: Deleting a club account will affect all associated member accounts and data. We recommend exporting any necessary data before terminating a club account.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
Informal resolution first: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.
General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clubzio regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service, updating the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, sending you a notification via email or through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
